Our Process:
- A Full Pressure Wash
- Removal of All algae and Dirt/Clay Build Up
- Removal of Old Antique Colors/Old Gloss
- Re-Antique Color of your Choice (black is most common)
- Reseal with the PROPER Urethane Sealers
- 3 Coats of sealer to ensure longer lasting finish/water repellent
- Your patio will look brand new, no matter how bad it looks now.
