How much does it cost to wash my house?

  We charge flat rate prices for residential exterior house washes! For 1 story homes we charge $350, and 2 story homes are $450! Any homes in between such as cape cod homes cost $400.

Do your chemicals hurt my landscape?

  They can! This is why we recommend hiring a professional. It’s easy to overspray your siding and cause damage to your landscape. We don’t use a power washer to clean your house either. We use our Softwash system to clean it with the proper chemicals, which we are trained and insured to use!

How long does it take to wash my house?

  It typically takes 1-2 hours for us to set up, soap and rinse the home and pack up. We have over $60,000 invested in our set up, so we are sure to work quickly and efficiently, not missing any spots! Did we mention our Softwash process keeps your home clean for up to 4 years!

Do I have to prepare for your team to come wash my home?

  Yes! When you book with us, we send you a pressure washing arrival checklist to your phone. This gives you plenty of time to prepare for us to arrive to pressure wash your property. The checklist is simple and easy to follow , it typically only takes 20 minutes or less to complete!
