First off, we dilute the solution before spraying, which minimizes any damaging effects they can cause. On top of this, we tape off outlets when needed and keep landscape soaked from over spray, this will ensure nothing gets damaged!

How long does the soft wash last on my home?

  After we wash your house, our Softwash film typically lasts 2-4 years depending on shade and moisture levels surrounding your home. Pressure washing a house only lasts a year if that. But the Softwash process lasts years, since the detergent actually cleans and kills the mold, not just removing it!
